1. Scope, provider, contract language

These Terms apply to all contracts between conflict.industries digital GmbH ("Provider"), reachable via the brand GEO.GG, and consumers as well as business customers ("Customer") who order AI-assisted SEO audit reports ("Audits") via this website. Contract language is German. These Terms are available at any time at /terms and can be saved or printed there.

2. Subject matter

The subject matter of the contract is a digital SEO/GEO audit report generated individually for the Customer for a publicly accessible website. It is produced fully automatically. There is no personal advice, no manual review and no human editorial post-processing. The result is provided to the Customer digitally as a PDF, DOCX and/or a storable online view. The audit report is digital content within the meaning of § 327(2) sentence 1 BGB, produced according to the Customer's specifications (§ 327(4) BGB) and not supplied on a tangible medium.

Audit results are informational. They are not a guarantee of any particular search ranking, business outcome, or inclusion in AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.). Audit scores may vary slightly between LLM providers and even between repeated runs of the same provider, as generative language models are not fully deterministic. We apply quality-stabilising mechanisms (structured tool schemas, deterministic scoring formulas, cross-provider aggregation) to minimise variance but cannot eliminate it.

2.1 Free audit (no fee)

The free audit is provided without compensation. We reserve the right to throttle or refuse free audits in case of excessive use, automated requests or suspected abuse. Free-audit results are deleted automatically and completely 7 days after creation (see Privacy Policy). No claim exists to the availability, completeness or correctness of the free audit.

3. Contract formation and input correction

The display of audit products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or upon commencement of processing -- whichever happens first.

Before completing the order, your input is shown in a review screen for checking and correction. You may change it via the browser's Back button or via the corresponding link in the review until you click the order button.

Storage of contract text: the binding contract text (order data + these Terms in the version valid at the time of order) is sent to you with the order confirmation by e-mail. In addition, the order remains accessible in your logged-in account area.

4. Prices and payment

The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. All prices are gross prices inclusive of statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is via PayPal or bank transfer as shown at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instruction.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (conflict.industries digital GmbH, Neukrapohl 5, 41236 Moenchengladbach, Germany, phone +49 2166 5550233, e-mail contact@geo.gg) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can alternatively use the withdrawal function at /widerruf (§ 356a BGB).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Lapse of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The audit report is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. For such a contract your right of withdrawal lapses once we have begun performance of the contract and you have, beforehand,

  1. expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
  2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
  3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356(5) BGB in conjunction with § 312f BGB).

Notice: you actively give this consent to immediate commencement and acknowledge the resulting loss of your right of withdrawal during the order process. Before we begin creating the report we provide you with the contract confirmation under § 312f BGB on a durable medium (by e-mail and as a storable PDF). Only then do we begin creating your audit report; your right of withdrawal lapses upon that commencement.

6. Delivery and SLA

Audit reports are provided electronically. Processing starts automatically after payment is confirmed. Completion typically takes a few minutes and must occur within 24 hours at the latest. If an audit is not delivered within 24 hours without prior notice of a technical issue, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price; further damages claims remain unaffected.

7. Liability

Our liability for intent and gross negligence is unlimited. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. In such cases liability is limited to typically foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Vis-a-vis consumers this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence. For merchants and legal entities under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of conflict.industries digital GmbH.
